Our newly remodeled, premier hotel, is located next to the Eccles Conference Center and offers guests elegant lodging year-round. Designed as the perfect place to relax from a long day of conference activities, guests will appreciate the elegant surroundings and our professional customer service. The Inn features a two week release date and no attrition clauses for conference groups.

 Over 830 lodging rooms are available at local hotels, motels, and bed & breakfast properties to accommodate overflow from the University Inn. Conference Services will make room block reservations at the properties of your choice and submit bids for group rates.

University Residence Halls

 

University Residence Halls are available for group lodging from mid-May through mid-August and offer 2,200 single beds for youth and/or adult groups who desire the convenience of accommodating the entire group on the University campus. Residence hall rates are lower than hotel rates, however many hotel amenities are not provided.

 Apartment-Style Residence HallsThirteen different buildings all feature apartments with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small living room. These halls may be reserved for youth groups and/or adult groups.

 Traditional Residence HallsTwo seven-story buildings have 60 bedrooms and two common bathroom facilities per floor, for a total of 730 single beds. Each bedroom has two single beds, two closets and two desks. A commons/lounge area is located on the first level of each building. These halls are primarily reserved for youth groups.
